How many haunted attractions can say that their creative director has actually worked on Hollywood films and television shows? Well, we can!
Our creative director (Shawn Ronzio) has worked on the development teams for movies like 'Slither' and 'House of 1000 Corpses' among others. Shawn has worked with masters in the art of scaring people.
Shawn also teaches Tom Savini’s Special Make-up Effects Program at the Douglas Education Center www.dec.edu/ts/ , which in one of the country's most noteworthy schools for special effects. This man has been teaching other haunted house staffs how to make things scary for over 10 years. Now he's putting his talents to work for Haunted Hillside.
