The Bates Motel and Haunted Hayride HIGHLIGHTS: The Bates Motel celebrates 28 Years of Fear! This high action, haunted attraction theme park includes our famous, 25 minute, heart pounding, haunted hayride through the dark forests of Arasapha Farm, filled with high tech animatronics, 26 huge, Hollywood quality sets, 75 actors, The Revenge of the Scarecrow haunted trail, takes you back in time as you walk through the tall corn, and enter ghost towns, graveyards and much more. The cornerstone of this trilogy of terror is the Bates Motel. A huge Victorian mansion filled with computer controlled animatronics, digital sound and lighting, amazingly detailed rooms and top quality actors make this event one you will always remember.

	Family Friendly Last haunt visited on Legendary Haunt Tour and definitely disappointing after the first 2 freaky haunts. The sets were better on the hayride but contained amateur animatronics. The actors were having fun but kept breaking character and were not scary. Overall it would be fun to attend with small children but a waste if you expect legendary material. Posted 11/13/2017
	For people of all ages My friend and I find new places every year for a good scare but this wasn't it. There were a lot of teens and kids there which proves that this isn't going to scare the crap out of you. It was good but not great. The hayride was very entertaining but not very scary. 	Fun,but kind of short While we really enjoyed THE BATES MOTEL, we were a little bummed how quick we were able to go through everything. The haunted trail was good,but the groups were kind of moving through "assembly line" style so it felt a little rushed. The hotel was fun but had the same problem as the trail. The highlight was the hayride. Really good sets and effective actors, the hayride was the highlight. THE BATES MOTEL needs 1 more attraction to be great. Posted 09/26/2015
