I don't know if it was because it was opening weekend (I'm going to go again and see if it's different) but both the Trail of Blood and Casa Morte were underwhelming. In Casa morte, the fog was so thick we couldn't breathe or see the props on the walls and there were maybe 5 actors we came across. In the Trail of Blood, we spent around 30 minutes wandering aimlessly with difficulty finding any sort of path. In that haunt there was no more than 10 actors that we ran into and when we did half of them either didn't react or weren't paying attention. The props and sets were falling apart or mediocre and it was more like a stroll through some dark woods than an actual haunted trail. I'd recommend having more interaction, maybe some mood lighting to illuminate the props that we could not see in the dark and for those we have difficulty traversing through unmarked wooded areas and updating the props. The positive parts was the trailer ride out there with a hilarious host, the bar/bathrooms at the beginning and end and the zombie graveyard, which hosted 3 of the 10 actors we saw. They made the trail for us. The rest of the way, we chatted about work for lack of anything to do or see.

I've worked out on the trail for a few years now, an it's one of the greatest environments I've ever worked in. From the cast to the patrons everyone is amazing to interact with.
